Regency Transportation is a family-run paratransit company that specializes in curb-to-curb non-emergency transportation for ambulatory and non-ambulatory clients. Regency offers transportation to health care facilities, schools, doctor’s offices, dialysis, rehabilitation, and physical therapy centers. Regency also transports clients and care aids to and from family events and gatherings in a timely, efficient and comfortable manner. Our primary service is to be a reliable service for all transportation needs. All services provided meet Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requirements.
For each trip, the Driver for Regency Transportation will arrive at the address of the origin for the trip within the designated pick-up window of time identified on the Trip Manifest, and will transport the client accordingly. Driver’s and Dispatch will collect trip information, including time and date stamp, GPS location time stamp, and whether the service was completed; review Master Manifest for errors and completeness.
All services provided will be scheduled and operate on a “next day” advanced reservation basis and in some cases, on a “same day” basis. Our Drivers will wait for out-of-sight of the client’s residence if arriving early and never pressure the rider to leave earlier than their scheduled time. Drivers may request early call-outs from Dispatch should this be appropriate.
