Regency Transportation will require the following of all their Drivers;
- A valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations
- Passed drug and alcohol screening, as well as certification training,
- Are at least 21 years of age,
- Have been a licensed driver for a minimum of three (3) years
- Can speak and understand English proficiently
Once hired by Regency Transportation and graduating from the probationary driving period, all Drivers will work in conjunction with Dispatch and supervisors to augment administrative duties and ease operations when possible. They will communicate with other employees to ensure on-time and well-coordinated service at all times and maintain a record of trips. The Driver will serve as the smiling face of Regency Transportation; they will treat clients graciously and provide friendly, prompt and quality service.
